Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
- If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a customer’s choice (e.g., no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
💡 We charge shipping costs only once, and no restocking fees will be applied.

If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing time can vary.
